Instructions: Place your steamer in front of your feet while you shower ( away from a direct shower stream )  This means it'll avoid being directly hit by the powerful flow of water and therefore not dissolve as quickly!

Ingredients: baking soda, citric acid, mica powder, witch hazel, essential oils, and Menthol Crystals.

These shower steamers should NOT be used in place of bath bombs. They have a much higher concentration of essential oils and do not contain any carrier oils.
