DUE TO THE HOLIDAY SALES , SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
The processing time is the time frame between when you place an order and when it's shipped.
Usual processing takes 2-5 business days BEFORE you receive your shipment confirmation email. HOLIDAY PROCESSING time may take longer DEPENDING ON THE ORDER VOLUME
Shipping should take 1-3 business days (depending on what method you choose )
( HOLDAY SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED A tracking number will be provided with every package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update in the USPS system.
Please ensure you are placing the correct address to receive your product(s) in a timely manner.
You should receive a confirmation email along with your order tracking number within 2-5 business days of placing your order. This confirmation email notifies you when the shipping label is created, NOT when the package is shipped.
Please allow 24 hours for your package shipping status
AS FAR AS PRE ORDERS you should receive an email update within the same time frame unless there are unforeseen circumstances such as a delay in shipping due to waiting time to receive materials to hand craft products and etc.

ReturnsDue to COVID-19 . There are absolutely no exchanges or refunds.
All sales are final.
Orders can not be modified once they are processed.
