Replacement Item Policy
If an item arrives damaged due to the fault of Therapeutic Awakening, please let us know within seven days, and we will ship a replacement item to you. Please send photos of a damaged item/package via email (info@shoptherapeutics.com) that we may process your request.
If the item is damaged due to shipping (postal service), you must file a claim with USPS. Please keep in mind that FIRST CLASS mail is not insured
